Artists Shezad Dawood, Kristina Õllek and Leticia Ramos in conversation, chaired by Alice Sharp, Artistic Director of Invisible Dust

During the opening weekend of the new Baltic exhibition For All At Last Return, artists Shezad Dawood, Kristina Õllek and Letícia Ramos were in conversation with Alice Sharp, Artistic Director of Invisible Dust.

Inspired in part by Baltic’s close proximity to the sea, For All At Last Return is a new group exhibition exploring how human activities affect marine life with a focus on marine ecosystems, the deep sea, coral reefs, ocean currents, intertidal and hypoxic zones. The exhibition includes new and recent work by Shezad Dawood, Rob Smith, Michele Allen, Letícia Ramos and Kristina Õllek.

Letícia Ramos participates in the exhibition as part of The Ocean’s Edge / Litoral do Limite an international initiative by Invisible Dust (UK) and Pivô (Brazil) with TBA21–Academy (SP), supported by the British Council and Instituto Guimarães Rosa, as part of the UK/Brazil Season of Culture 2025–26.

Led by Pivô (Brazil) and Invisible Dust (UK) with TBA21–Academy (SP), The Ocean’s Edge / Litoral do Limite explores the future of the Brazilian and UK Atlantics, with artists Letícia Ramos (Brazil), Licida Vidal (Brazil) and Alberta Whittle (UK).

Part of the official programme of the UK/Brazil Season of Culture 2025–26 by the British Council and Instituto Guimarães Rosa, the project involves three commissioned artists and a dynamic public programme designed to engage communities, scientists, and curators in a process of shared listening, learning, and creation in Brazil and the UK.
