We are recruiting for a new post! Invisible Dust is looking for a strategic thinker and who has substantial fundraising experience to join the team in the role of Executive Director.

In April 2018 Invisible Dust will become an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation. The Executive Director is a new post and we would like you to draw from your strategic, management and fundraising experience to shape the future direction of Invisible Dust. We are developing ambitious new national and international plans for our artistic programme. We need an Executive Director that matches this ambition with strategy and fundraising.

You will be successful at networking and partnership working and have ability to form new UK and international relationships to cement the growth of the organisation and develop new partners and funding strategies. You will oversee the areas of strategy, finance, HR, marketing, fundraising and admin, managing relevant staff members and deputising for the Director.
