A major feature of Trump’s dialogue is returning power to Americans; making energy more affordable to all by reviving the coal industry and generally increasing a reliance on fossil fuels, away from renewables.

His secretary of state, Rex Tillerson is the CEO of Exxon Mobil a huge energy company, according to cnbc Exxon Mobils future is very dependent on America’s relationship with Russia (large sanctions imposed upon Russia have been hindering Exxon Mobil in recent years).

His Environmental Protection Agency chief is Scot Pruitt a man who has lobbied against the EPA’s regulations aimed to protect the health of civilians and the planet with the funding of fossil fuel conglomerate the Koch brothers (read here).
